This album provided me with a safe place to come to during tumultuous times. Music and Land are two important places in my life to come to for healing and learning. Like the Willow tree, this album holds both song and medicine for the spirit.
When I look at my garden and the food that feeds me, I see the same things in this album, as the cultivating of it has fed my spirit.

Ryan Schurman & I recorded and produced Willow our Log Home Studio. I was able to live inside this album for the entire winter of 2021-2022 and focus on nothing but the songs.
